For 6 weeks an amazing 1.5 stones was gone and I still have .8 stones away for moi desired BMI.
I gained weight a lot because of the unimaginable amount of carbs that I was taking and building up without even burning them. As I gained weight moi craving for food increases as well.
I haven't eaten rice,pasta for the last 6 weeks. I am very curious about the type of bread I am having. I eat less and I stop my glutton approach to every food.
Because of moi other extra job which is the party-event organizing,Food is always there to tempt you to pick each one and try. The bulging weight was a bad relationship when I made FF with food as moi best friend that comes handy to shove down to moi gut when I am bored. Oh the buffet of food being served in front of moi very eye. The chocolate fountain, the layers of cakes and the Lechon or the whole roasted Filipino pig with an apply in the gob that greeted me in every party.
Learn when to say no and learn when to stop eating. I also play tricks with moi mind most of the time in order for me to stop eating. It's funny affair of me gut and moi mind. I think of the weirdest and yuckiest things in front of a food.
I conditioned moi self that I will never eat a food in a party unless I see them cooking it in front of me. I think of a chicken as some dead magpies , I think of pasta as tape worms in a greasy bolonaise, rice like there's so many hungry people to feed in Asia and that roasted pig is dead for weeks before they actually cooked it. How can you eat with this kind of barbaric food paranoia?
After the party I reconditioned moi mind on how beautiful the food was and to try to eat it again the next time. It's like shutting your mind from hating food because I don't want to hate food, I don't want food paranoia because I might have it forever lol....I still love moi chicken,cakes,rice and roasted pork but I need moi weight back in order before indulging on thems again moderately.
For this week I am back to moi unlimited salad-fish and plenty of fruits and to reward moi self with a nice chocolate bar every day!
