Dublin Pride Parade 2010

My body can't take another night of partying...Old age is catching up! I have to stay home while all the gayers are having a great Pride party. Reportedly the biggest Pride parade in the the history of Dublin. Garda estimated a longest gay love beads of 22,000 with a 100,000 spectators...wow that's a huge number alright. Happy pride everyone!

I always love to chill listening to Lady Gaga but she made me confused. For the first time I submitted moiself to such an over analyzing Dorothy with a YouTube clip. I though the latest video of Alejandro is bang of order. It's like a trailer of a movie blockbuster Schindler's list and S&M porn and Madonna rolled into one. Well the highlight is Lady Gaga dry humping ugly Betty's hot men from sud America....it's so Evita-ish!

I think it's about time to give my creative talent in the field of organizing party events (weddings,christening,birthdays) a thorough look.

I am thinking of opening an online wedding shop in the next 3 months. I can only tell this now that will give this project a go. I will study the market feasibility and the target consumers in the next coming days weeks and months.

All I can say is that I am so 100% and excited for this new hobby!


I think I have already proven moi creative capabilities and I am aware and I can still develop this talent professionally. Moi travel plan this year wasn't that bad. So far I've been to Rome-Las Vegas-Madrid-Toledo-Cork and I am planning to go somewhere hmmmmmmmmmm San Francisco and Los Angeles. But Switzerland is tempting me to visit their shore.

What have you haggled and smuggled from your holidays? What's your evah-tacky-pleasure? Some of you collects fridge magnets,coca cola cans from around the world,flags,metal pins,stamps,plane tickets to name the few. In moi case I collect plates. Yes and it's a MUST in all moi travels with no fail. The most well-wrapped object in moi luggage. My trip will never be complete without the most tacky-cheap and gaudy looking yoke evah.



and it becomes an obsession majore! I love them and to prove I even bought a very expensive glass-front cabinets for all moi growing plate souvenir collections. I know It's monumental eye sore in the middle of moi dining room but I can't help it. You can have a cup of tea in moi casa and a day or two of story telling about the places I traveled near and far.




I have a box full of plates waiting for displays. Oh and Try to break one and you will find yourself in Baghdad for the worst plate of your life.

Art and crafts continues for the next days.I am designing a wedding favours(bombonieras) for a friend's wedding on June 12. I have to do a total of 150 lots and that is very easy to do. Trust me it will be fabuleoux! Then these little masterpieces of mine will travel down to a country village in Wexford. I will conquer the world of weddings. Oh Dragon's den here I come!

Been there done that!

So we had a side trip to medieval city of Toledo early this week. Toledo is only an hour trip south of Madrid. and the place was so beautiful and very quiet that you hardly see a single Toledonian person in the street. The old town up the hill was like a Truman show village.There were more tourist than the locals. The store windows were mostly shut except for few souvenirs shops. it's wort a trip and try it if you're down Madrid.

Top 10 things to enjoy in Madrid

1. Merkado San Miguel experience the tapas in the market caviar,prawn,oyster and empanadas.
2. Botin Restaurant: Suckling Pig at the world's oldest restaurant.

Viaje del Madrid en Toledo

The two Dorothy's are having a good time in Madrid. We had a great days frolicking around the city.It's been a pleasure to be with moi two FF from Los Angeles Rizza and Paulo. Oh we did everything in Madrid from Tapas to the the sumptous delights of merkado del San Miguel and of course a bit shopping.We had a great time around Chueca. Oh what a gastronomia fatale major! I need to shed all moi fats for the remaining summer.
